Wash clean the herbs if necessary, add the herbs into cooking pot, place the cooking pot into the cooker.
Add cool water to the edge of the top cover line. Put on cover properly. Plug in power, when the cooking light is on, cooking starts.
Cook as long as per direction of use, then cut / switch off electricity. Finish cooking.
Drain and filter decotion into a bowl / cup / container. Drink as per direction of use.
Dispose the cooked herbs as kitchen waste.
Prescribed herbs should be used according to the schedule set out in the prescription. Beyond the schedule, the same herbs should not be used without consulting a Chinese Medicine practitioner.
Herbs should be kept in a dry and cool environment. Keep out of reach of children. Keep it save from potential damage by insects and animals, etc.
