How Long Should My Remedial Massage Be?

At iCare we offer massages in 30, 45, 60, or 90 minute increments. How long your massage should be is dependant on the target areas and the severity of your issue.

For one or two body parts, 30 minutes is typically sufficient.

For 2-3 body parts 45 minutes is ideal.

For the full body, one will need at least 60 minutes.

For a more detailed full body massage 90 minutes is best.

What's the Difference Between Standard & Comprehensive Acupuncture

In Traditional Chinese Medicine acupuncture is dived up pathways called meridians.

Standard Acupuncture covers half of these meridians, which in most cases is enough to treat one’s ailment.

Comprehensive Acupuncture covers the full network of meridians and often requires more needles and time. It is often used, in more serious/chronic issues.

Acupuncture is a time-tested, natural and non-destructive way of treating individual ailments.

And so, in that sense it is perfect for those seeking a solution.

However, for those afraid of needles or have negative experiences with electrocution it may be better to consult with our practitioners first about this before you get acupuncture.
